About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual who wants to kickstart their career in real estate — someone genuinely interested in property, investments, and long-term growth.

As a Trainee & Research Associate, you’ll work closely with senior Buyer’s Agents, assisting with market research, property sourcing, due diligence, and client reports. The role offers a clear growth pathway to becoming a fully licensed Buyer’s Agent within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct suburb-level and property-level research using online tools and data sources
• Assist in identifying investment-grade properties aligned with client goals
• Prepare research reports, feasibility analyses, and property comparisons
• Support the acquisition process, including liaising with agents and property managers
• Maintain and update internal property databases
• Learn and apply property investment fundamentals, negotiation, and buyer advocacy skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong passion for real estate and property investment
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems
• A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months)
